New brakes needed 6 weeks later!

I bought a car from BBUK Cars and 6 weeks later the rear brakes have seized on and I'm now going to be another £300 out of pocket. Surprise, surprise the warranty that came with the car doesn't cover brakes, infact it doesn't seem to cover much! Disappointed!
