Awful experience

So this is how a car with a diesel engine bought from them is working. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9Q9-18lh_A Told them about the problem and they do not want to hear about fixing it.They say is normal.Awful experience.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
