Seeking legal help

My Sister who is partially disabled has bought a car from Regency Car Sales recently and despite asking continually has been ignored over getting the warranty papers for her car the reluctance of the dealer to contact to her responses makes me wonder if she has been ripped off and as such i am going to be seeking legal redress on her part having a solicitor and a JP as personal friends so Mr Nick Wilcox i would be so grateful if you could find the time to answer at least one of the four phone numbers you currently posses thank you.
