Clearly not bothered
Not the first time someone has said this - SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE, I have sent 2 emails to Drayton Car Centre enquiring about a car and no response from them, even if the car is gone, out of courtesy you would have thought they would let you know as they had another model in stock which i would have been interested in had they gotten back in touch with me. I even went direct to their website and submitted an enquiry. As i work I don't have time to call them during the day. As a customer services director for a successful multi-national organisation, appalling customer service frustrates me. They could have the best car in the world and I would never buy from them.
