Beware - these people are dishonest and aggressive. I wanted to buy a car from them. They didn't have the MOT or service records, but assured me the MOT had NO ADVISORIES. They assured me anything needing to be done would be done. They said they would replace the worn tyres with second hand ones. When the MOT arrived, I had to ask to see it, and it contained 3 advisories - 2 saying the brakes were worn and the 3rd saying the exhaust was leaking. They refused to rectify the MOT advisories, despite them being safety matters (worn brakes and leaky exhaust) - and didn't replace the worn tyres. This despite the law saying motor dealers should not sell cars with minor defects. And despite their earlier assurances that anything needing doing would be done. So I said I would not buy the car with these defects. At that point they offered to replace the rear brake pads only, but not the front pads or the tyres or the exhaust. So I cancelled the deal, and asked for my deposit back, as they had broken the contract by misleading me over the MOT and the defects. At that point they got very aggressive, and refused to refund my deposit. I have taken them to the Small Claim Court where they did not defend, so I was awarded judgement (ie they now have a CCJ against them) but they still have not paid, so I have called in the bailifs. Beware of these people. They are dishonest and aggressive. Not a nice company to deal with.
