A complete lack of customer service

I can not express my dissatisfaction with Car Kings enough. There is a complete lack of customer service. They never return any phone calls. When I spoke with someone , there was never any empathy and he never even attempted to put the situation right. I was asked to put my thoughts in writing to the man in charge and even he never had the courtesy to reply. A terrible, terrible company. If you do buy a car, I hope you have no cause to go back, because nothing will be resolved !!
