Hi I am writing this review to apologise to the lady I spoke to with regards to VAT relief for disabled people the lady I spoke to went out of her way to enquire as to whether I qualified for vat exemption she did this without my knowing I have since checked and it seems that there has been a change in the criteria for exemption of vat and so I must apologise to the lady at elite and ask all future customers to ignore my first review.
