Great website awful customer service

We were looking for a Fiat 500 and saw one on their website. Phoned but no answer so used virtual chat. This is not a person but a robot system. Message taken and told would phone back to arrange viewing and test drive. Waited 10 hours so sent a polite email asking if they could confirm if it was ok for us to view and test drive. Opened an email next morning to a curt "SOLD" interesting point is that the car is still advertised for sale on the website 2 weeks later!!!!
