When leaving forecourt with my new car - management light came on on dashboard, car wasn't clean inside, went straight back to be told service was incomplete and car shouldn't have been driven away. There was no offer of courtesy car to tide me over till my car was ready. They never remind you in time that NOT is due so normally they can't take car in before MOT expires and charge hefty hourly rate and £12 per day for courtesy car and expect you to top up petrol on top of this fee. I definitely won't be dealing with them again as there is no after care whatsoever.
