Unhelpful / rude manger

The manager at Arnold Clark Toyota in East Kilbride was the rudest person I have ever met in my life .. the car wasn't as described .... it needed two new tyres amongst other things but they wouldn't budge a penny on the price - in fact the manager walked off and wouldn't talk to us. He knew we had travelled a long way and used this against us. In the end we felt we had to buy it because although we would have to spend money to put the car right, it would cost us an additional £500 to fly back home as we had bought a one way ticket. We were very disappointed... they showed us no respect at all.... if I was as rude as the manager I have a few choice words I could use but instead I'll let you use your imagination.
