Avoid this place like the plague

A perfect example as to why car salesman have such a bad reputation. Bought a fiat 500 from them 2 years ago through a PCP, worst financial mistake I have ever made. The dealer never explained the finance properly or different finance options to me, I was not made aware of mileage charges and an massive inflation payment at the end of the finance, I also part exchanged my old car and put a sizeable deposit down. When I was made aware through a different garage when I enquired about a new car I went back to Arnold Clark to discuss my concerns and the fact no one had explained the finance options to me fully and they couldn't have cared less. I took the matter further and was told I had signed the paperwork and it wasn't Arnold clarks issue. This isn't a one off, I also have friends who are in the same situation with cars on finance through PCPs and they were also not made fully aware of the terms and conditions. I took the salesman at face value that day being very young and naive, a big financial mistake which has definitely been a life lesson. I am now terminating my contract early with a big bill, mileage charge and ofcourse any damage they find. Avoid this place and their salesmen, they see young girls coming and rub there hands together sign you up to a ridiculous finance and then wash there hands of you!
