New Car Sales

I unfortunately dealt with Greenoaks Performance Cars recently. The sales adviser I dealt with made a total mess of the whole process. When I order my vehicle I specifically requested cosmetic and alloy wheel insurance. The Salesman failed to arrange the cover and on the day I collected the car he decided to tell me that he was not allowed to sell this cover. Wonder why!!!!!!!!!! Gave me a telephone number for Car Care Plan and when I called them they informed me that the cover could only be arranged by the dealer. They don't deal with the public. I was them referred to their Reading Branch and was told by them that they could not arrange the cover as they has not sold the vehicle. Strange as it is the same retailer. I called Slough again and basically the moron I had dealt with decided to be rude. Wouldn't deal with them ever again and certainly wouldn't recommend this retailer to even my worst enemy. Totally unprofessional
