Great Experience

Very easy to find with plenty of on-site parking,but also, the dealership is only a 2 minute walk from the towns main bus stop, giving easy access from Colchester and Chelmsford, which was essential for me as I didn't have a car or a lift organized. The guys were very friendly and welcoming with years of background knowledge in the industry, which gave me the confidence to buy a car that had been inspected thoroughly by an expert. There were 2 mechanics with full workshop facilities to provide any assistance necessary before driving away and a petrol station at the end of the road to fill up at. The town itself is very inviting and you could easily have a nice lunch at one of the cafe's or visit the public gardens whilst your car is being prepared for it's final, pre-sale inspection. I purchased a '56 plate BMW 320d M Sport Touring which has taken over 6 months to source in the spec that I wanted, it is immaculate in every way and hasn't missed a beat since I drove it away 5 weeks ago, it was detailed to perfection and I'm extremely happy with both the car and the service... My overall impression... CO9 West Car Sales has impressed me and I would absolutely go back to purchase another car or recommend them to friends and colleagues.
