Don't not buy off these people!

Bought a car from NG Direct Car Sales, seemed genuine car started up and sounded fine but when I came to picking out some cosmetic problems they were very pushy saying the car is fine and then they started saying they think my car is of poor condition so they would take some off the part exchange price. We came to an agreement anyway and I was back the next day to pick the car up. When trying to start the car it struggled to start which indicated the battery was screwed but they said give it a run and see what happens. I did take it for a long run home and in the morning again struggling to start. I rang them saying they need to replace the battery under the warranty and they were very resilient in offering the battery so I basically had a screaming fest down the phone for them to change the battery which is part of there obligation I was told to bring it to them for them to change it. I also found the same the central locking did not work! Oh and the cars are not serviced! Oil was like tar!
