WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM AUTO VENTURE. before i bought the car it failed the MOT, the dealer took it to a "mechanic" and it "passed" I bought a car and not long after the exhaust came off the car, luckily we paid for extended warranty as well it fell into the dealers 6 month warranty, but he refused. After taking the car to a local Mechanic we were advised that the car had one wrong spring and because it was sitting too low the axle has hitting the exhaust which cause it to come off; this was backed up on the MOT service and we found it had failed and been replaced. We tried reusing the car but because we could not prove the above it has been thrown out. We paid to have the car repaired ourselves. Also the car loses power and there is a knock in the engine, we let the dealer know, (within 2 month of buying) and he was not interested. Now after trying to sell the car and transfer over the extended warranty, we are told that we were never sold a warranty and it is invalid, or in fact was FRAUDULENTLY sold, and that we have never been protected. He now says we only got one years extended warranty when we in fact paid for 3 years. We are now going to take it all to court.
