Wouldnt refund

I bought a car in oct 2015 from Richard for £10000 - 2 days later engine management light came on. Would not give me a refund. I took the car back 14 times and at one point left it there for 4 n a half months whilst waiting for parts to arrive from Germany. He said he would give me a 2yr warranty in Feb this year and I'm still dealing with the engine management light on and no where to turn to... I knew that he sold me a faulty car but he was just not taking responsibility. Really disappointed.
