Issue with the car and still un-resolved

We bought a Polo, we paid for the car and arranged to collect it 1 week later after being told the car would be checked by a mechanic. The car had the ABS warning light on when we collected it in June. Best Cars have not agreed to fix this even though we have contacted them several times. This is an MOT failure and will cost £300 to fix. The car also has 3 slow punctures. They did not even check the oil as we had to fill it up almost straight away.
