Avoid Avoid!!!!!

Signed a deal in July with Andrew Hart Motorcycles for part exchange on a new bike to be delivered on 01.09 with the balance being paid in full upfront. The mechanic turned up today 31.08, looked at my current bike told me I had miss sold him on the condition of the bike, despite him and his boss both seeing photos of it and told me the deal was off. I'm now left with my current bike and no insurance or road tax, as these both expired today. This will now cost me to have these both reinstated, not to mention the time wasted and hassle I now have having to call the DVLA and my insurance company. I would also like to point out that the dealership, all being well, were going to leave my new bike in the street today even though the insurance and road tax dosen't come into play until the 01.09. I'm pretty sure this is illegal and that the DVLA would have something to say. I also asked them to refund me the cost of transferring my insurance details back to the original bike since they're the ones that backed out of the deal. Their answer was no as the onus was on me. If you value your time and then please avoid this place as their customer service is appalling and they clearly have no respect for others. The only thing I would say is that they have refunded my money tonight after serval phone calls and a call from citizens advice.
