Trying to get a response for a repair

I bought a 3 Series BMW Tourer from DM Motors, I'm extremely happy with the motor but I've been trying to get a response on the phone to get a repair done that was agreed the day that I bought it. The phone goes to answer phone and when I leave a message they fail to return my call. Would you feel that they were trying to avoid you?
