Rudest customer service ever

I didn't even get as far as viewing a car without rude customer service from Highline Motors. Saw a car we were interested in on eBay which was quite high mileage so sent a genuine message asking if they knew if it had had the timing belt changed. Got a rude reply telling me there was lots of info in the ad and if I wanted to know anything I was to ring, a fairly rude and aggressive tone to the message so I replied stating I had only asked the one question but if they had an attitude like that I would leave it. I received a one word response "good". How do people like this run a business? Reading the reviews on here their rudeness actually saved me a trip though as by the sounds of some of the cars they've sold I wouldn't want to buy a first car for my daughter from them. I wouldn't have any dealings with people like this.
