We bought our 'dream car' in Feb 2016, after 34 days the engine management light came on, we contacted NWCB who said they would look into the matter, after numerous phone calls and being treated in a rude manner they towed our car away and kept it for nearly 3 months. Again after numerous phone calls they tried to tell us there was nothing wrong with the car although we had already had 2 diagnostic tests done that showed to the contrary, at our own expense we hired a van and trailer and fetched the car back from Essex to Dudley and paid over £2000 to repair the problems. We subsequently took the dealership to court and they settled with us before a final hearing took place.
