car was dirty and no fuel

I bought a Honda civic from southwick car centre, travelled nearly 2 hours to get there, car was dirty hadn't been washed but interior was clean, had just enough fuel in it to get to the nearest garage, at no point did anyone tell us most of the cars are ex mobility until paperwork was signed, and no logbook present, on way home had a puncture and I know my fault as I didn't check before we left garage no spare tyre or jack or puncture repair kit cost us £200 call out and tyre, crap for a 2014 car, rang dealer to be told repair will be sent still waiting 2 months on, could understand with a £1000 car but a £10500 car rubbish
