Dreadful

I found PSD Car Sales really untrustworthy and they clearly don't take their after-sales responsibilities under the consumer rights act seriously. When I informed them that I was aware of their duties according to this legislation (when my car broke down a few weeks after purchase with a major mechanical fault), they became very defensive, claiming that my driving style was at fault. I have no idea how they could know anything about my driving style?! I have incurred major repair costs that legally should have been covered by PSD. I have had a dreadful experience with this dealership and would advise anybody to steer well clear.
