All good service with two minor issues. Firstly, bike was prepared with the wrong registration plates. A minor oversight and was corrected in less than two days of delivery. Second, bike ran over its first service interval due to lack of availability of service slots. Next available service slot was more than two weeks from initial due date.. This invalidated warranty but I am able to service and maintain the bike myself so not worried. Otherwise good people, honest and informative.
