Terrible service
I bought my Fiesta last year from NWCB Ltd with a 6 month warranty and so thought this was generous but to my dismay after a month of owning the car I had a noise at the rear of the car. I rang the garage to arrange the repair and agreed to leave whilst we were away on holiday for a week. We picked it up a week later only to find they had done nothing and so after being told I would have to call the warranty company then they would advice if this problem was covered. The problem was covered and I would have to re-arrange to leave it back at NWCB, not convenient at all. My boyfriend fixed it in the end as I was so fed up with the garage. Then a week later the AC stopped working after apparently fixing it at the time of purchase, which it did work for a short time. Since then I have had numerous problems with my car and again numerous phone calls and rude attitude from the staff. I would NEVER again step foot in this garage and not recommend them to anyone ever. The moral of this is the staff is unprofessional and do not care about their reputation.
