Awful Garage

First time using Baylis Vauxhall Cirencester so hoped it'd be a good new start in Cirencester (fuel pump failed so broke down and had to find a garage nearby instead of my usual one). They have so far given me 5 different dates for my car being finished. They have broken my car and had to replace the broken part and then I have just found out that they missed out another faulty part that should have been picked up on the full check I paid for when my car went in originally 1 week ago! Very dissatisfied and the people at the desk constantly try to get you away with hideous manners and attitude. Baylis garage have single handedly put off every other person in my workplace from using them EVER again. Not to mention I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CAR BACK!
