I arranged to look at an Audi Q3 at Brighton Audi and test drive only to find that it was hemmed in and not ready to drive, they promised to bring it up to me to drive then they said they sold it, they promised to bring another one up but never heard anymore, if that's their attitude to selling cars I'm surprised they are still going, I'd suggest that if one is looking to buy an Audi then use another dealer that appreciates the customer.
