A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.

Purchased vehicle in August 2016 from Grand Garage for £8,750 with 14430 miles on the clock with a new MOT . Took it in for a major service and a new MOT with 16,250 miles on the clock on 3rd August 2017. The advisory information on the MOT stated all brake discs were pitted or scored and all four tyres had cracks in the side walls. All these defects after 12 months and only just driving 1,820 miles. The best part of this was i was advised it would be OK to drive around around town but do not drive on the motorways. Why were these defects not picked up last year during the MOT and service before I purchased the car and rectified. Sent the garage two e-mails and to date--NO REPLY.
