Shocking after sales service

I recently purchased a new Bentley Bentayga from Bentley Manchester, the discounted cost was £199,000. The Bentayga was running badly and recovered servers times, the service received from Bentley Manchester was truly shocked my and I genuinely wouldn't buy a skateboard from them again. We are not going to legal as I've refused delivery of the car after it being recovered for the 5th time.
