Missold Van Cost our charity hundreds

Our charity purchased a van from DLS Commercials last August that was advertised with Aircon and 3 month warranty. Air con & central locking was not working, The engine collapsed after a few wks. Regardless of the warranty DLS refused to collect the van when it broke down telling us it was our problem. As a result it cost us hundreds in recovery & alternative van hire while they took 3 wks to refund us. Their customer service was appaulling and they treated us as a nuisance.
