Rude

We had to cancel an appointment at Junction 27 Car Sales. We phoned to inform the garage that we would not be coming. Whoever answered the phone was rude, ignorant and generally disinterested. So it is true that there team are square pegs in round holes. As long as the money is rolling in customer care is not high on their agenda.
