Very dodgy

I traded my Mercedes SLK at Lancashire Sports for a Skoda Octavia at the end of Jan for a newer car with a low mileage of 30,000 so that it would be more reliable for me in the future. The advert was misleading saying that it had heated front and rear windscreens and that it had only one former keeper. It turns out that it didn't have a heated front windscreen and it has had 4 former keepers! I asked for a refund as the car was not as described and that I didn't want it. Since I complained I have no endless trouble with the car. I think there is something very dodgy about this car that has suppose to have only done 30,000 and yet has so many problems for a car that has only done 30,000. The main faults have been engine warning lights, I've had the starter motor replaced and the gear box is now knackered and it will only drive in first gear. I've had to purchase another car to get me from A to B. I am so disappointed with the lack of help to resolve these issues that I have no other choice other than to take you to court to get a refund for the purchase of this car and all the additional costs associated with it.
