Ok car, terrible service

I bought a car from these guys in June. It came with a 128 point check, however there are various minor faults including a rear door that does not open from the inside, a warning light relating to the start/stop system and a faulty drivers seat belt mechanism. Delivery was promised for 9pm but they arrived at 1 in the morning without contacting me about the delay. To top it off, they failed to send off the new owner docs, then proceeded to lie to me on the phone and dish out some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
