Still waiting for a second key which Olivers of Southampton promised 8 weeks ago. I've rung many times and left multiple messages and not been called back. Despite posting to wrong address, they passed the blame onto to the post office for "losing the key" and are accepting no blame or responsibility. Very rude manners. Avoid at all costs. Smarmy and deceitful.
