Dont take your car here

Sinclair Swansea... the so called experts did not actually do as asked and did everything else that I did not ask them to do. I have had to take the car to a local garage to get the knocking noise sorted, which was diagnosed quickly. My main complaint is the extortionate hourly rate they charge and also the hours the charge for certain jobs. Their mechanics must be on commission for generating new work. Don't take your car here unless you break down outside. Then get it out of there as soon as you can. Disappointed in general with the Audi car I bought as it has been a costly mistake. I would not buy one again and will stick with tried and trusted.
