So Very Disappointed
I purchased my third Honda from Wimbledon Park Honda on 28/8/16. I was excited and wanted to purchase with peace of mind so I purchased a used approved Honda CRV. My criteria was one owner and full service history. The advert clearly stated full service history. I still have the advert. The car was delivered. A little while later I looked for the full service history and there was none. I called the dealership and they stated that they had given it to me. They had not. I have just taken the car for a full service at Orpington Honda only to find that there is no full service history, Not only that, I am unable to have the bumper touched up because it is not painted in Honda specified paint. They supplied me with a car with a bumper painted unprofessionally. Honda Orpington have stated that it should never have been sold to me like that. I am now looking at having to replace the bumper rather than just have it touched up and I have not even owned the car for a year. At the time of purchase, I asked a few times if I could have the sat nav updated. I was told to buy a disc on eBay which is something that I was not comfortable doing. I purchased my Honda through a dealership for peace of mind. I intended to keep up the full service history by only having the car serviced at a Honda dealership like I did my last two Hondas. Through my recent experience, I have lost confidence in Honda which I was prepared to pay a premium for. I am so disappointed.
