Back street,badly managed

I made the mistake of allowing Kerr and Smith to repair my car despite some serious misgivings......and as it turned out I was right to be worried. This is bad enough but they refuse all attempts at me trying to get them to correct their "mistakes" My advice is go to a place with a decent customer service philosophy.
