Awful service

I bought a Lexus IS 250 from Used Car 123.. I've had nothing but trouble since. The car broke down being delivered waited for them to fix it.. when it did arrive it was very low on oil I had to put two litres in just to make it safe to drive. Then the electrics started to play up ( that was why it broke down on delivery) at first it was thought to be the alternator at fault it was tested by an independent garage and found the alternator was not good but it had now it seems damaged the ecu ( they thought it was likely it had been jump started wrongly at some point) when used car 123 were told they blamed it on me! I should point out I'm disabled and no way would I touch it.. I also pointed out it was under warranty. They eventually agreed to have it tested and when they thought it was only the alternator the warranty people agreed to have it fixed... it when it was discovered it had damaged the ecu then it was up to me to sort it as the jump start must have happened here. Very disappointed as they were helpful over the phone and emails.. they promised to get back to me over the lack of oil issue.. by now I think you can guess not had a reply in any form. I am now perusing my money back as the car was not fit for purpose.. my advice stay well away.
