Utterly incompetent service

I rang to arrange a test drive at Lancaster Jaguar in Sevenoaks. They couldn't offer a time for a week or so. Having consulted their management they finally agreed a date a fortnight ahead and they suggested I ring beforehand? I. rang the day before and, after a long delay, they said that they hadn't got the test car available after all. They hadn't bothered to tell me this so if I hadn't rung them I would have made a significant journey for nothing. They couldn't care less about their customers. Avoid.
