We have attended this Peugeot dealer (Elim Peugeot) twice during the passed 10 months and on both occasions the service has either been rude or unhelpful, My daughter visited this garage on the first occasions which I thought maybe she was a little harsh so I attended for support on the second occasion for a warranty claim regards to rust on a three year old car. Clearly the guy had no clue to the Peugeot procedures as they said we need to connect Peugeot direct. This is totally the wrong so we went to Peugeot Llandudno who helped.
