Distinctly Lacking
I appreciate that Land Rovers are pretty much selling themselves at the moment. However, due to the prestige status of this brand, I expect a prestige service/ experience. The only reason I have provided any stars is due to Paul Kidlington who was very helpful in discussing my options for trading in my current model and Andy who accompanied me on the test drives. After booking 3 cars to test drive the following week, I was only informed after the second test drive that one of the cars was not available. A call in the morning would have been useful to provide me the option to rebook. I'm still waiting for a call back on when I can drive the cars again to make a direct comparison that will assist me in deciding what model to buy. Do they want my business or not?? Its like history repeating itself as they didn't seem interested when I brought my current Range Rover so took my business elsewhere. As the dealership has since been re-built I thought the attitude may have changed, seems not. Please Note: This review is for Sales only as I've only had a good experience with the Service & Maintenance Dept.
