The sale was pretty easy, however i walked in after being in work meaning i was dressed very casually (working with animals). I am also pretty young and the lady i spoke to when i walked in gave the impression that she didnt care, like she thought i was just going to be wasting time. She never smiled or anything, that didnt fill me with confidence! The man that came over and helped, gave me the keys and just said take a look, i liked that, it meant i wasnt being pestered for a sale, it was all very relaxed. I then got the finance for the car etc, but again nobody there really smiled, like they had no motivation, being nice, smiling and being a bit more lively would have made all the difference. If I didn't love the car so much, I wouldn't have gone there.
