I was sold a car that turned out to be not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. The car was rejected under the sale of goods act after an independent inspection was carried out. The dealer was very unhelpful in my opinion and unwilling to put me back in my original position. Fortunately the finance company stepped in and took ownership of the problem. I would never deal with this company again!
