Worst expensive I have ever had when purchasing anything for that matter. I brought a SEAT Ibiza from M C Garages under a finance agreement. I went to get the car and fell in love with it. There was a minor scuff on the rear right back of the car and a smashed visor mirror but at the time I was so made up with the car that I didn't bring this to light. I had the car for about two months, in these two months I realized the car had a serious oil problem. After informing the garage - one adviser told me to go seek a garage to fix it an claim on the warranty the other (mike the managing director) advised me to bring it in. Not to mention the bad communication with the fact they never bothered to call me back i had to keep chasing them up. I took the car back to M C Garages and they lent me a smart car as a courtesy car while my SEAT was in the garage. after insuring the smart car for a week much to my luck the engine light came on the smart car so that was deemed unfit to use so I had to then insure my old car. Anyway the garage told me the SEAT ibiza was way to expensive to fix - costing half the worth of the actual car and that i would need to find a new car and he would end my finance agreement with the car and then "Auction on the car" When Mike came to pick the Smart Car back up off me he drove down in my SEAT Ibiza and tried to tell me there was nothing actually wrong with my seat!! I asked him where all the oil had been going and he said "must be going somewhere, but I think its just a faulty dash light" ???????? I asked zuto to see if the garage would put anything towards the costs i had to fork out while all this was happening but they came back and said no and actually had the cheek to accuse me of damaging the car!! ( the scuff i mention earlier that was already there when i brought it) So after the finance had been unraveled I checked the website, only what 3 days later? My seat Ibiza is back on sale!!!!!!!!! So after everything i'd been through and it apparently being unworthy of fixing the car was placed on sale again and £1,000 dearer then i brought it for!!! After my situation Zuto had informed me they will no longer be dealing with this garage and have cut all contracts with them. Do not buy from here I have been left completely devastated and now without a car and about 500 worse off in costs. Oh and also do not buy the SEAT IBIZA 1.4 2013 Automatic that they currently have on sale because its probably faulty!! Very unhappy and disappointing that you can have such untrustworthy traders out there.
