Having dealt with Steve (Salesman) purchasing our Audi A3, we developed a fault after a week, we were now dealing with the Owner, and this person is a breath of fresh air, professional and full of integrity. despite living 100 miles away, this was not a problem, the fault was fixed at our local garage, and the bill paid promptly.
