Poor after service

Bought a car from Gatley Vehicle Sales on Sunday 16th July car went for a service on Monday 17th July and my mechanic said that the rear tyres were cracked and ilegal. Me not been a car enthusiast didn't realise about the tyres when j bought the car. Emailed Ian the same day and he didn't want to know even though the car came with 3 months warranty.
