Horrible-avoid at all costs

Endon Services lure you with competitive prices, but: 1. They took 45 days to find out whether the part is OK for my car, despite many emails and phone calls. They do not answer emails. 2. When I told them that their shipping price was most probably too low, they recalculated it (wrong again). Then when after 45 days they recalculated it again, and it came to 130 pounds shipping instead of the 15 pounds they originally quoted! I was ready to pay 80 pounds (instead of 15) but they insisted on 130 without any real apology. Very unreliable. I am surprised that they are still in business. Avoid at all costs!!!
