Initially friendly, but misleading info

The service I got from TW White & Son Effingham for the initial sale was very good. No pressure was applied and free delivery was offered (47 miles away). When I got the Dacia Duster though it did not match the specification listed on their website. It does not have the cruise control, speed limiter, eco drive or gear change indicator that was promised. Subsequent email dialogue was unhelpful and I have not even received an apology for what may have been a genuine mistake (I will never know). This seems to be on of those cases when everything is fine and dandy when you are buying but if something goes wrong you are pretty much on your own.
