Friendly, great service

Very happy that car-tel does not feel like a normal car selling company. I felt no pressure and there was no hard sell. We were left to browse the car at our leisure. After we bought the car it became apparent that the air con was not working. A quick email to car-tel and we had it booked in to get fixed at car-tels expense. Very pleased with the service.
