Non existing after sales support

Well I can honestly say I have never met a more aragant, word twisting car sales man in my life. Stewart Bronstein at Just Vauxhall in Piddington (or West Wycombe Motors as they are also know) can only be described as a sly, lying sales man... some may say that this is to be expected with salesmen, that is not true at all. I bought a car from this man almost 2 months ago, and was told there was not a single problem with the car interior, exterior or mechanically. Yet on the way home i went to put my sun visor down and turned out the mirror flaps on both sunvisors were missing meaning the mirrors were open. I had to source these from a garage. I then round out that even with the new mirror flaps on the LEDs around the mirrors were not working still - after visiting a Vauxhall specialist who checked the car it turned out they had actually been unplugged due to faulty wiring which meant the roof lining had to be partially taken off rewire them correctly. NOT CHEAP! I brought the car on a very rainy day. I would STRONGLY advise you check the windscreen on any vehicle from this company before leaving with it. The screen was filthy and had little screenwash in it so I couldn't clean it properly to check it but it appeared just dirty. On the way home i had to pull into an M25 services petrol station to purchase screen wash and a microfiber cloth to clean the screen properly. It then was uncovered to me that the screen was not just dirty but COVERED in lots of little chips and one big enough it couldn't be repaired - meaning I had to buy a new windscreen. A car with rainsensing wipers is bloody expensive to replace the windscreen on, try a £700 quote from Autoglass. My fault for not checking the windscreen correctly. But when told there is not a problem with the vehicle.... you expect there not to be any issues. I had told the salesman about the problems I had had and he said "well you brought a used car, What do you expect". Even though I was sold a car "with no issues". Now the mechanical side. This is where Mr Bronstein gets you!! The "Just Vauxhall" warranty says I'm covered for issues with the transmission whether manual or auto, and engine. When I brought the car this was a major selling point as the sales man who took my old car in part exchange said there were issues with the gearbox so he knocked a few hundred of the price he had initially given me for the car. I took this with a pinch of salt and part exchanged my citroen to get this Vauxhall motor "with no issues from them. A week later I started to notice issues with the gearbox in the new car. After a week I knew it wasn't just me, so I contacted Just Vauxhall and Stewart Bronstein agreed to look at my car for me as the gearbox is covered under warranty. He took it for a drive for a few minutes and said he doesn't think there's anything wrong with it. After travelling 2 hours to my appointment with him to be told this I wasn't happy and told him that a few minute drive would not neccesarily show you the issues. He said he could get me to come back another day and leave my car with them for his mechanics to drive to their own home and back to get to work in to see the problem with it. I asked about a courtesy car and he explained i would have to leave the car with them, get a 2 hour lift home from a friend (so a 4 hour round trip for them) as he wouldn't give me one until they had found the issue with the gearbox and proved it was there when I brought it and that it wasn't a "wear and tear part" within the gearbox.... Then I could get a 2 hour lift back up there from my friend (another 4 hour round trip for them) to collect a courtesy car whilst they fixed that issue which THEN may only take a day to sort once they have the part...... A waste of time then. Their SNEEKY SLY wording in their warranties is ridiculous. They cover the gear box under warranty.... Then in the small print they don't cover any parts which could be affected by age, miles and usage... so basically 90% of the gearbox isn't covered. Being that I was largely sold on the warranty he was talking me through - this is mainly why I brought this car. Stewart Bronstein twisted his words to sell me this car with "no issues" (I LAUGH!!!!!!!). And then twisted his way out of covering my warranty. I personally would NOT RECOMMEND this company to ANYONE. When i was purchasing the car someone was phoning up to check on repairs to their vehicle to which I found Stewart Bronstein rather rude. This should have set alarm bells ringing for me. He done the exact same again when i was there trying to get my car sorted. I told Stewart Bronstein that I would like him to give me a full refund if he thinks that the car is fine (after me spending over a grand on odd bits for it!)... He offered me £5000 for a car I paid £7500 for (why, I ask? When he says there is nothing wrong with it.... CLEARLY knows what's wrong and doesn't car how much I've had to spend because he lied to me). I have witnesses when I brought the car and can only say that I have told 100% truth in this review. Something I don't believe Stewart Bronstein is capable off when it comes to making a quick quid or should I say £7500.
